About Nueva Ecija

Popularly known as the “rice bowl of the Philippines” because of its predominantly rice-producing economy, Nueva Ecija also stands as the largest province in the whole of Central Luzon. It prides itself with numerous tourist attractions that truly captivates the hearts of travelers, both foreign and local. Among these are the Pantabangan River which is also the Philippines’ first multi-purpose infrastructure, the Pampanga River, Minalungao National Park, Rizal Hot Spring, Burburayok Springs and Pajanutic Falls.

Nueva Ecija likewise holds one of the oldest historical heritage in the country, Barrio Puncan in the town of Carranglan.
