Cancellation Procedure

Cancellation on the week of reservation will forfeit deposit or payment for the booking schedule made.

If deposit or payment has been made already and cancellation was done two weeks the latest before schedule, the deposit or payment will be the guest’s credit at the resort for 10 months starting the day of the set schedule which may be used anytime of the year except on week-ends and holidays, thus can’t be refunded.
