Reservation Procedures

Management requires 10% reservation fee upon confirmation of booking and another 40% deposit two weeks before the scheduled activity/tour/seminar, etc.

Reservation fee and deposit can be deposited to Hunter Valley bank account:

Please fax your deposit once payment/deposit has been made for confirmation of payment. Management will strictly hold room reservation for 3 days only from the start of the transaction until payment has been made. Reservation will be automatically dropped or released even without prior notice if option date is not met.

Terms and Conditions:

  1. Reservation fee of P5,000 shall be paid to HVPRI upon scheduling. The HVPRI reserves the right to forfeit the reservation fee after 3 days of non-confirmation.
  2. Customer deposit of 50% of total package shall be paid to HVPRI upon confirmation of reservation. Balance and additional charges should be paid immediately upon end of the scheduled activity/occasion. Payment can be deposited on our  Hunter Valley Account specified above this form.
